Few are as beautiful as this edge-on galaxy with the equally gorgeous handle of NGC4565, but also known as the Needle Galaxy.
It's about 40 million light years away from us, and itself spans around 100,000 light years. And as you can tell, there are millions upon millions at stars and solar systems in there...
