This is an amazing timelapse video of just such an exercise in China. An earthquake-proof (to 9.0 on the Richter scale) and energy efficient building in 360 hours, not including the foundations. Note the way that all the bits and pieces for each floor are loaded onto the individual floor panels for that level and lifted in one hit? That alone must save hours of crane work.
