Apples trumps blinkered Microsoft

I've said before that Microsoft just doesn't get it, and that their failure to see where markets are going would cost them dearly.

And now the markets have spoken and they agree, with the value of the once walking-dead Apple's USD222 billion passing Microsoft's USD219 billion.

In the last five years Microsoft's value has gone up just 4% against Apple's 550%. Guessing Steve Jobs has earned his keep.

But then again, it isn't like Gates will be cutting out coupons any time soon either...
