Commercial space flight - finally

Commercial space flight is finally almost here, courtesy of Richard Branson.

Still way beyond the means of many of us at $200,000 per near-Earth trip. But hopefully like everything, volume will beget discounting.

For sure the spaceport plans look pretty swish.

Mind you, this news probably could have come at a better time: Private spaceship briefly hurtled out of control.
