Just how awesome will the James Webb Space telescope be? Check this...
Under construction right now is the huge James Webb Space Telescope. When finished the JWST will have cost about $9 billion - compared to the Hubble Telescope's all-up cost (adjusted to today's dollars) of about $10 billion. And we all know what amazing science has come out of Hubble. And out of the less well-known Spitzer Space Telescope.
