Playing the didge on the space station

Astronaut Don Pettit was been getting himself a reputation for experimenting with all sorts of things while he is up on the International Space Station.

This time, with some help from Dan Burbank, he's playing the didgerido on the space station's vacuum cleaner hose, and showing how the vibrations from the sound affect some zero-gravity spheres of water:





You have to admit - he's a pretty good didge player.

But you just know from the way those hoses and accessories click together that NASA didn't just duck down to Godfreys for their vacuum cleaner.
